Phone Calls

When you feel ill, please call as early as possible. It is easier to accommodate you the same day if you call early

Both offices are served by the same telephone 630-852-4050 (24 hours).

For routine messages, please, call  630-852-4050 (24 hours).

Calls after regular office hours should be of emergency nature only. If the problem is life threatening, go to your nearest emergency room or dial "911"

During office hours our receptionists will take your name, phone number and reason for calling. Your call will be returned by a physician as soon as possible.

During non-office hours our service will take your message and direct it to the Physician concerned for a quick response.

When calling for a prescription refill, please, call before you run out of medication. Make sure you have your pharmacist’s phone number available. Refills will not be called in if you have not seen the physician  within the preceding 6 months. We do not refill routine prescriptions after hours or on weekends.

Office Visit

When coming into the office for injections and/or office visits, please remember to always register your name on the Sign-in List at the front desk. If you have any changes in your insurance, address, phone, please, provide us with the update.
